How to charge a car?
Tesla supercharger: 1) Drive carefully backwards to the charging station, the tank is on the driver's side. 2) Bring the charger to Tesla's charging port and press lightly on the charger, Tesla will then automatically open the port and you can charge.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Guest is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/ 360000808347-Cleaning-policy
Does the car need to be returned with full charge?
Car will be given with at least 80% charged. Car will need to be returned the same or above. The following is the charging fee assessed if not returned at same level. 0-20% charge - $50 21-50% charge - $20 50%-80% - $10
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
SMOKING IN THE CAR IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services.
