Guidelines
GUIDELINES 🚭No smoking or vaping. 🚫No racing or using for filming. This is a very powerful car, if you step too heavy, you damage the rear tires! 🚫No pets (we love animals but animals tend to love the interior leather and we cannot have this) *$150 pet fee charged with fuel fees 🚫 Do not let the battery drop below 10 Percent (30 miles) without charging. It is bad for the battery and makes it much more likely you will not make it to a charger before you run out of fuel. 🚫 Please no food and drinks in the car. Only water is allowed. If you spill soft drinks or coffee Turo’s cleaning violation fee will be applied. 🚫 Manual wash only, please. Please return vehicle in the state it was received, fueled, washed, and vacuumed. You can avoid the hassle of fueling and washing by purchasing extras for fueling and post cleaning. Treat this Tesla as if it were your own. We will make your trip with us as stress free and exciting as possible and we only ask for decency in return. Thank you.

Yes! Check the list of places and fees. If your place is not listed, I'll calculate the fee/distance based on that list. All paring fees for pick up and drop will be paid by the guests or invoiced at the end of the trip.

Very seamless experience, hosts are quick to respond and accommodating when plans have changed at the last minute. I have booked this car twice for business and it has been a delight.

Car was great, pick up and drop off was easy. It's long range which is useful. I booked the day before and it was not a problem for the host. The host resolved an issue that was my fault in a very helpful and reasonable way. I recommend that you book with this car with this host. You must re-charge at a Tesla Supercharger (it's not compatible with every charger on the street/store/hotel/ home etc) and you will get billed through Turo afterwards. Superchargers are easy to find and simple - you literally just plug it in. Tesla (not the host) charge more than you would expect - comparable to gasoline.

Ivo and his wife were very accommodating. It was my first experience renting on Turo and it was seamless and easy. Both pickup and drop off process were super simple and safe. Ivo and his wife were SO nice and even helped us with a lost item we left behind in the car after drop off. Car was brand new. We would definitely rent from them again if we come back to LA.
