What are guidelines when dropping off vehicle?

How do I connect Apple CarPlay?
In order for Apple CarPlay to function you need to bluetooth connect to radio and use usb to iphone cable. Cable is plugged into the center console USB port. What happens if I cause damage to vehicle?
Damages to vehicle are your financial responsibility. Once vehicle is back we will asses damages. If it's a claim we need to file for turo to pay through their insurance, the deductible is up to $2500.
What are the most common areas of damages I can accidentally cause?
There are two most common areas of damage you can accidentally/ unintentionally cause which are; 1. The right front rim; the wheels stand out further than you think. When parking next to a curve give your self extra distance from the sidewalk curve, You will heavy scrape and damage rim. We will charge accordingly to have this cosmetic damage repaired. At worst case replace the rim which costs $500-$600. 2. The front lower spoiler; Spoiler is placed low and stands out further than you think. When parking at a space, give your self distance from the parking stop on the ground, You will hit it and will scratch, heavily score, bent, distort, misalign the spoiler. We will asses damages and charge accordingly. If its a simple repair we can do $150. If it required parts replacement or require a body shop to fix it then we would file a claim with turo insurance. On your end we would pass the deductible on to you which is $2500.
Damage Prevention
Damage prevention to front lower spoiler; When driving beware of dips, drive way ramps and parking stops. Front lower spoiler is low and extended, it will scrape and possibly cause structural damage to support frame. Scraping rims; give your self extra space away from side walk, as wheels extend further out than you are use to in a car. Avoid driving straight head to drive way ramps. As a tip; try to enter slowly at slight angle, so one of front wheels goes up on ramp first, then other wheel follows. Same goes for exiting ramp.
