Thank you for considering our vehicle for your next rental! For those looking for an economical, comfortable, and super reliable ride, this car provides that. It has been meticulously maintained and is in excellent condition. It offers great gas mileage with 28 city mpg and 39 highway, for a combined mpg of 32 (offers even more on some trips)! It is Maryland State inspected every 10k miles (the most stringent state inspection in the country second only to California's), this acts as a safeguard, ensuring that the car is not only safe but is operating optimally. It also comes with a spare/donut tire. It has a phone holder on dash for easy use of your personal phone's map application (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze...). USB-A to USB-C and Apple's lightening charging cables are provided (please do not remove from car). It offers Bluetooth connectivity, a backup camera, and an EZ-Pass/Toll Transponder (ID Number Old 01651053, New 01606307416 as of 1/24/2025). Tolls charged during your trip will be billed to your account after your trip has ended. Please do not pay tolls or carry individual transponders to avoid double billing. It is our goal to facilitate a hassle free car rental experience to individuals who are responsible while enjoying our vehicle. Please obey traffic laws to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Free delivery to BWI Airport Daily Parking Garage and BWI Airport Rail Station (airport parking fees apply up to $16 for the daily garage and up to $12 Rail Station). Both garages are a free short shuttle away from the airport. KEEP IN MIND: NO SMOKING of any substance inside the vehicle. You will be charged a fee for smoking per Turo's guidelines and risk being kicked off the platform by Turo. No pets. All rental extensions must be submitted within the app. If the car is available, we will always accept. Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
How Does Communication Work?
Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. By messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
How Do I Add an Additional Driver?
Please contact Turo Customer Support as we do not provide Technical Support.
What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
Where is The Pick-Up Location?
The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip details page with your reservation details
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges during your trip. 2-3 days after each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement.
How to Select Delivery Location
Call Turo customer service to assist on this if not familiar with the app. Generally, you have to select/change pickup or delivery location to the one you want of the available delivery locations provided in the app or change reservation to change pickup/delivery location after booking the vehicle.
