FAQs
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as the guest you are responsible for all toll charges, charged during your trip. After each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
How to Select Delivery Location

What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
How Does Communication Work?
Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. By messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
How Do I Add an Additional Driver?

Get car but the aftermarket sun roof visor visor rattled around 70

Thanks again, Kenneth, for having booked with us and for the 5 star review. The visors for both the doors and sunroof are OEM, the sunroof visor vibrates not rattle, from it breaking the wind at higher speeds closer to 90mph, not 70 mph.
