The host is not responsive at all. He parked the car in the airport parking lot two days prior to the rental date, which led to a very high parking fee for you to pay. Hard to reach to communicate. Not very helpful. Other than that, the car is fine itself.

Everything was great. Car rode great and was perfect for my trip. But it could’ve used a good car wash and vacuum. Other than that everything was great! Thank you!

We will not be renting from this host ever again. First we didn’t received clear pick up information. The vehicle is located at a parking lot really far from the terminals that makes you loose so much time, even more when the host does not give you clear explanation of the exact location. As a tourist you do not know the airport of your destination.

After almost an hour of trying to find the car, it was dirty outside and inside, not in conditions for a rental car, they had personal items inside. Gasoline was less than half a tank. And also you have to pay the parking lot when in the rental description says it’s free.

Communication was not the best. When trying to find the car the host took some time to respond and did not gave us more information about the location other than the parking name.

This rental did not meet our expectations. As a paying customer we expect to receive a good customer service and the car in great conditions to spend some days in Orlando. We also expect to receive clear instruction to make the experience faster and secure.

Car was locked when I picked up the car and had to wait 30 minutes to get the car unlocked. The car wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned before my trip and gas was given to me with a quarter tank.

Great car, a few minor issues. The car was dirty inside and out, check engine light was on the whole time, it wasn’t gassed up when I picked it up
