Please enjoy the car and keep it clean throughout the rental period. Return the car in a relatively clean condition like the way you pick it up. Please remove any trash prior to returning. Absolutely no-smoking, no-vaping, no-marijuana, and no-pets allowed (a family member has fur allergy). If guests are found to be smoking in the vehicle, we will proceed with charging guests per Turo's standard fees and procedures for cleaning and restoration. Typical eating and drinking are not recommended due to spilling risk but if you do, please be careful in doing so. A fully closed tumbler (Contigo, etc.) is preferred. With that said, a complimentary bottled water is included (now upon request, due to COVID-19 situation) for your trip upon pick up. We include a phone holder and USB chargers for your safety at no additional cost, however if they are missing at the end of the trip we'll have to charge you for replacement. • I see that you include toll pass. How does the GoodToGo Flex Pass toll pass work?

  A convenient option to have, the GoodToGo Flex Pass allows you to use the toll facilities at a discounted rate ($2 discount), and to be able to use the carpool lane without paying on I-405 and SR-167 when you qualify as carpool. Depending on the route you take, each has their own rules / regulations.
