Can I pick the car up earlier than scheduled?
Yes. You can retrieve the car up to ONE hour before reservation start so long as BOTH parties agree and proof of agreement can me seen in the Turo app message thread.
Can I drop the vehicle off earlier than scheduled reservation end time?
Yes. You can drop the vehicle off up to 3 hours earlier than reservation end time so long as both parties agree and proof of agreement can be seen in the Turo app message thread.
Do we offer delivery?
Yes. To Kansas City International, all major hotels, and even a personalized delivery such as your home, office, hotel, Airbnb etc. DISCLAIMER: Must be within a 10-mile radius of Downtown Kansas City.
Can I extend my reservation?
Yes. So long as the car is not already booked for the day(s) and time to which you would like to extend.
Can anyone other than me drive the car?
Yes. They must have or create a Turo account of their own and then be added on to the reservation as an authorized user.
