Great experience all around. The car just had a couple of minor, nusiance-level, mechanical issues. They didn't affect the trip though.

My second time renting with Turo, and Im never going to rent with the big corporate companies ever again! CJ was very professional in dealing with, comes right up to where we picked up our bags, no waitiing in line for over and hour, and at Kona Airport, believe me, you will be in a long line up to pick up your car! And the drop off was even better!, just drop the car in the parking lot, he come and picks it up later, how easy is that?! And also the big one for me, the price! much cheaper than the big guys and the car was perfect. Already booking my trip for 2026, hope to be dealing with CJ again!

Perfect. Renting from CJ was super easy. He met us right out in front of the airport. After a few instructions on how to operate the convertible top, we were on our way. The return was just as easy. Thanks CJ. Looking forward to using your services when we return back to the big island.
