Valid drivers license 2. Please upload a photo of your drivers license to trip photos 3. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license Upload these photos easily by going to your reservation page and scrolling down where it says “ Add Photos” and upload. Access will be provided through the BMW App ensuring a contactless and smooth pick up. - All fines, tickets and tolls will be charged to the renter . - Refueling/ Cleaning: Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel prior to returning or we can also fuel the vehicle for you for just a $10 convenience fee + the cost of fuel. Receipts are required for fueling as this vehicle is 91 premium gas only. Cleaning fee will only be added if the vehicle is unreasonable dirty. We hand wash vehicles and take care of all regular cleaning ourselves. - Vehicle is to remain in CA UNLESS you purchase the out of state fee for neighboring states ( see extra's) . This car smelled heavily of smoke. I am five months pregnant so this was obviously very concerning. I reached out to the host right away explaining the issue and he didn’t offer compensation or a solution (other than telling me we could cancel the trip right then - obviously not a viable solution as I didn’t have another option for a rental car during this time). Anyone who was in the car that week noted the strong smell of smoke. Very unprofessional and not at all what you expect.

Christopher was absolutely amazing and I highly- HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!! We will definitely use his services every time we are in the area. His friendly and helpful customer service before, during and after the trip were impeccable. Chris is very responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. Our flight to the OC was delayed 8 hours and Chris could not have been more accommodating-he said no problem he would take care of everything: and he did! The car was very clean, safe and in good condition. Drop off and pick up of the car was extremely easy and convenient. I would give Chris 6 stars if they would let me.
