Please note: This parking garage is located within the Hobby Airport premises, so all customers — even those not arriving from the airport — will be subject to a $28.83 parking fee, payable upon arrival. We are located in the back west corner of the lot in section (N & P 50). Once you arrive let us know and we will provide lockbox code.

⚠️ Important Car Rental Guidelines ⚠️ 🚗 Return Condition     - Additional fees may apply for cars returned with less than a full tank or not returned in the similar condition it was provided.  🐾 Pet Policy     - Pets are allowed, but ensure all pet hair is removed before returning the car.     - A $150 cleaning fee will be applied for pet hair left behind. 🚭 No Smoking     - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.     - A $150 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including smoke odor. 🏖️ Beach Sand Advisory     - Vehicles are vacuumed after beach trips, but some sand may remain. Please be understanding of this when renting. ⏰ Late Returns     - We provide a 30-minute grace period for returning the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after this time, it will be classified as late. If you anticipate needing the vehicle for a longer duration, please modify your reservation through the Turo app to avoid any late fees. 📏 Mileage Limits     - Please adhere to the mileage limit stated in your booking. Overage charges will apply for exceeding the limit. 🔧 Accident & Damage Reporting     - Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. Must also file a claim on Turo 🚦 Toll & Traffic Violations     - Guests are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during the rental period.
