🅿️ It is parked in the right-side parking lot near the fence, where signs are marked “Reserved.” There are no parking charges — parking is completely free for TNA guests. 🚐 FREE HOTEL SHUTTLE – OPERATED BY DOUBLETREE This is not a private shuttle. The shuttle is operated by the DoubleTree Hotel for their guests and runs every 20 to 30 minutes between the airport and the hotel. It is completely free and can be used in both directions. From the airport to the hotel: - Go to the shuttle pickup zone at your terminal - Look for the DoubleTree by Hilton IAH shuttle - Let the driver know you're going to the hotel to pick up a Turo vehicle From the hotel back to the airport: - Once you return the vehicle, you can take the same free shuttle back to the airport ✅ No delivery fees ✅ No private meetups ✅ Free parking ✅ Seamless access with zero hassle This is the most convenient and efficient way to pick up your rental near IAH.

Yes, each car is registered for all toll roads and bridges. Toll costs are not included in the rental price, and reimbursement is requested via the Turo app at the end of your trip.
🚭 Is smoking permitted in the car?
Please refrain from smoking in the vehicle. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. If smoking odors are detected, we will charge a cleaning fee of $250 to ensure the vehicle remains fresh and welcoming for all users.

There's no need to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning it. However, if the car is returned excessively dirty due to irresponsible or abusive use, we may need to apply a cleaning fee. If a pet presence is detected, a $75 fee will be charged due to our no-pet policy.

Car was clean, felt really well maintained and overall great first impression.
Only minor issue I had (first time doing it all remotely) was getting out of the parking lot, however they were quick to respond and answer my phone call… helped walk me through it and got me on the road in seconds…
Great host and felt very good about using them… definitely would do it again.
