Does the car need to be returned with full charge?
Car will be given with at least 80% charged. Car will need to be returned the same or above. The following is the charging fee assessed if not returned at same level. 0-20% charge - $50 21-50% charge - $20 50%-80% - $10
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?
The factory GPS is built-in.
Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. The vehicle was great, super fast. But, the staff had no knowledge of how to operate the vehicle, and I had to pull the vehicle out myself. And learn all the components and features myself. No 110v adapter, so you have to use the Tesla Supercharger station. They are scattered abroad, Houston. And by the time you drop it off, it may have lost some battery life.

The car was great and the service was good as well. My issue is I extended 1 day and was double charged for several fees. The fees are ridiculous. I ended up paying over $500 for 2 days and the car was advertised for $105/day. That’s some interesting math…
