Cleanliness: I understand that sand is unavoidable, but please keep it to a minimal. To quote a great Master, “I don’t like sand, it's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.” Per Turo policy, there is a $50 cleanup charge for odor and $150 for smoking, if necessary.

Jeff was such a great host. A+ communication. We had a few last minute changes for pickup and drop off due to unforeseen situations e.g. weather, late checkout, etc but he adapted to our schedule to make our vehicle rental smooth. Host choice is just important as the vehicle choice! Will rent again when we come back.

Jeff’s 911 was spotless and ready to go upon pick up. Also he was very responsive throughout our entire trip as far as pick-up/drop-off and to answer any other questions we had. Would 100% recommend renting any of his cars. Completely pleased with our experience!!
