The "Home" location (when Airport Delivery is not selected) of this vehicle is the parking garage adjacent to the Innovation Center Metro station, one stop away from Dulles International Airport / IAD. You will use the security badge inside the vehicle to exit the garage and to re-enter the garage when returning the vehicle. There are no costs for the Guest to pick up from this location.

⏰ Vehicle Returns ⏰ • PLEASE let me know if you'll be returning the vehicle earlier than expected. Though I appreciate early returns, if it'll be returned to the airport early, I need to make arrangements to pick it up. I often reach out to confirm return the date & time. 🚬Smoking and pets🐕 • 🚭 No smoking or marijuana use in the vehicle. If the vehicle smells of smoke or marijuana, you will be responsible for additional cleaning costs. • 🐶🐱 No Pets. However, If you are traveling with or must bring a pet, please select the pet option in the Extras section of the booking and contain the pet to a carrier in the rear. Any excessive pet hair found in the vehicle may result in additional cleaning fees. Turo app and vehicle condition • The Turo app 📱 is required for all bookings. You will need the app for communication and trip photos. Please turn on notifications from the Turo app prior to and during your trip so that you don't miss any notifications, etc. Thank you. • The vehicle will be clean 🧼 with a full tank of gas ⛽️ upon pickup. If you return the vehicle excessively dirty or with less than a full tank, there will be a cleaning charge or refueling charges and fees applied. • Can I go through the car wash for free?

  Yes! All of our vehicles have memberships for unlimited car washes at any local Flagship Carwash for free. There are 23 locations in Virginia, 14 in Maryland and 2 in DC. Note – the one closest to Dulles Airport at Innovation Metro garage (Herndon – Centreville Rd & McNair Farms Dr) also has free vacuums. • What type of gas does this vehicle use?

  The 2015 Hyundai Sonata runs on regular (87 octane) gasoline and has an 18.5-gallon tank.⛽

• How does pick up and drop off from Airport work?

  Detailed instructions will be provided with specific instructions for the individual vehicles, but in a nutshell, the car will be parked at the airport garage within a few hours of your arrival, with the keys in a lockbox attached to the vehicle. You’ll receive the lockbox code within 1hour of your trip start time and can walk directly from the terminal to the car and get in and drive. You will only have to pay the one-time parking exit fees directly to the garage when you pick up the vehicle. At the end of your trip, you park in the same garage, lock the keys inside the vehicle, and walk back to the terminal.

• How does the lockbox work?

  A lockbox for this vehicle is located inside the trunk which you'll be able to open when you're at the vehicle. The key fob will be inside the lockbox and the code will be provided to you within 1hr of your trip start time.
