The host changed the pickup location at the last minute (while I was in the air), so I had to back-track to find the correct location. They were not ready to receive me when I arrived, as no one had sent the lock-box code to me in advance. It's only because I ran into an employee that I was able to drive the car off the lot (I had been there for 20-30 minutes already at that point). The car was not particularly clean or maintained (the car was banged up, the exterior was not recently cleaned - the interior was fine).

Then, I unfortunately had a flat tire (the perils of Los Angeles streets) and they have spent a week trying to shake me down for payment on the tire (multiple calls, multiple messages) -- first with a random PayPal link and then more officially through the Turo app -- despite my showing them that a flat tire falls under "normal wear and tear" per Turo's own Terms and Conditions. They already kept a percentage (30%) of my deposit without acknowledging it. This was not a good experience, and I find the host rather shady in their dealings.

Caveat Emptor.

Certainly one of the best performing all around vehicles on the road. Was a thrill to drive. Pick up was “automated” and in an offsite garage, which is typically of LAX pickups. Shuttle and then app based key and car access from there. Overall a pretty seamless experience.

Our first car was totalled, had to book a different car. There was a mix up. Waiting for my $40 parking credit.

Clear and easy pickup process, clean car upon arrival, easy and fast drop off, no issues with the car at all - Couldn't ask for more.

Pickup location was very easy to find. Checkin was lighting fast and the staff is friendly. The RS6 interior was very clean, no wear damage at all, beautiful interior. Mechanically it performed perfectly, pulls hard and throws you back in the seat. My only complaint would be that the exterior was quite dirty upon pickup. Would expect a vehicle of this level to be very clean.
