Thank you for your business! At time for pickup, the car will be cleaned, fueled up and ready to go for you at our house. Parking is not allowed on Grandview Road so please feel free to pull into our driveway or turn onto one of the side streets to stop. As a reminder, please not smoking or pets in the car. • Is the pickup/drop-off time flexible?

  Yes, but I do require that you officially adjust your booking through the Turo App. Please keep me informed in advance and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Please give me advance notice if you want to extend your rental period or if you cannot return the car at the scheduled time. If you do not communicate, you may be charged an automatic late fee.

• Is Smoking Allowed in the Car?

  No, smoking is not allowed. The Turo no-smoking policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. Please do not smoke or allow any of your passengers to smoke while using the vehicle. There is an automatic cleaning fee for violation of the Turo no-smoking policy: $50 charge for any lingering smoke scent that requires removal $150 charge for smoke scent removal and cleaning of physical remnants of smoking (e.g. ash, cigarette butts, burn marks, etc.) $250 charge for removal of smoke scent and physical remnants of smoking plus additional cleaning issues

• Are pets allowed in the car?

  No, please refrain from allowing any pets in the car at any time. You may be charged up to a $250 cleaning fee if any pet related cleaning issues are found.
