The car is available for pickup and drop off near the corner of Maple and Howes streets, next to Washington Park. There is a lock box on the window for the key, the code will be provided upon confirming your booking. Drop off in any of the parking spaces nearby.

• Do you allow pets in the vehicle?

  Yep! I just ask that you use the cover for the back seat which can be found in the trunk. To install the cover: There are two white plastic pieces on the back that are to be pushed into the crack where the back rest meets the seat. Then, the two clips can be secured around the base of the headrests. If you know you'll have pets in the car, just let me know and I can have the cover installed when you pick up the vehicle.

• How do I open the trunk?

  There is a button on the key FOB for the trunk, or there is a release button on the driver's side door, right under the arm rest.

• Anything that I need to pay attention to when driving or parking?

  The front bumper is lower to the ground than other vehicles, just something to be mindful of when parking in spaces with cement medians and curbs - best bet is to pull in slowly and stop before the front end touches the median/curb. If you encounter any particularly high speed bumps, or particularly low dips while driving, it is again best to go slow and try to go over the bump/dip at an angle, so only one wheel is on the bump or in the dip at a time (as opposed to hitting these straight on).

• How do I use the audio system? Is it a touch screen?

  The console screen is not a touch screen. Use the silver knob on the center console to highlight (push left/right/up/down) and select (push down on the knob) the menu option. Volume control is the smaller knob just below the screen. Highlight the "Audio" menu and push the silver knob down to see options for radio, aux input, and bluetooth. If you would like to connect your phone via bluetooth, you can select the "Phone" menu and choose "Con. Device" (while the vehicle is in park) and follow the screen instructions.

• How do I operate the windows?

  All four windows can be controlled from the driver's door and will open and close fully if the buttons are fully depressed and then released in each direction.
