Thank you very much for your rental, Daehee. I am sorry you were disappointed on this rental--especially since your first rental earlier this year went so well. I know you had a terrible time flying into DC--I think you had a twelve hour delay because of airline software failures--and we did our best to accommodate the unexpected delay. We hope next time will be better!

Great meetup experience at the metro with a helpful intro to the car. Very clean and smooth ride and helpful with some time adjustments with the return on the designated day. Very grateful for this!

Cheapest around and very fuel efficient however, Dirty car and no lock box which is inconvenient.

Thanks again for your rental. We had just washed the car and cleaned the inside before we delivered it to you but we're sorry you were disappointed. We aren't sure why you expected a lockbox--we never suggested that there would be one and we sent you a welcome message five days before your rental began explaining that we would meet you when you picked up the car. You were a little late arriving but we waited for you and it seemed to all work out.
