The host was very demanding and rude. She made me uncomfortable to the point I asked if she would like for her vehicle to be returned. After no direct response to my question I decided to not utilize the vehicle and returned the vehicle at the time of drop off.

I texted specific instructions on the retrieval of the vehicle. Brianna did not report or communicate when she arrived to the vehicle. Guest retrieved vehicle without informing me that it was in their possession. Brianna did not submit pictures in a timely manner. As the host I informed her of Turo's policy. I requested pictures several times during the day. Guest had a numerous excuses on why they could not perform required tasks as host requested. Brianna finally submitted pictures.
