Car was great. Clean, well kept

The 2020 Honda Accord was mechanically sound and delivered excellent gas mileage, making it a reliable option for our trip. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the rental process, which we appreciated.

However, there were a few concerns worth noting. The vehicle had a very strong odor that was difficult to overlook and would not go away. The back seat was significantly stained, impacting the overall cleanliness. Additionally, the windshield had a noticeable film, which affected visibility—particularly since our pick up was at night. We had to pull over to clean it.

At pickup, we incurred an unexpected parking fee that was over $25 because it had been dropped off 3 days prior, which we were unaware of. Airport parking is $8.50 per day. While we understand the convenience of airport delivery, this fee should have been clearly communicated in advance. In our prior Turo experiences, pickup fees were minimal or expense was paid if host needed to drop off vehicle early.

Overall, while the car performed well, improvements in cleanliness and more transparent pickup logistics would enhance the overall rental experience.

Emerald coast cars was very easy to work with. We had a few changes to our itinerary and they were very accommodating.

Car was clean but certainly used. No problems with communication, pick up or drop off. Would use again

The interior was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of room for passengers and luggage. The car drove beautifully, and I appreciated all the modern features that made the trip even more enjoyable. The host was professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless.
