This was my first time using this service and if everyone is as good as this I’m hooked! Very nice running car although an older model and very nice accommodating service! 😁

When I arrived for pick-up, the car was nowhere to be found and was not in the designated pick-up area. Contacted host on app and texted directly and waited in the rain for a response. Finally, I got a call and the host asked if I had found the car (obvi, no.) and he figured out the problem as their partner or assistant had the car. He told me to wait 5-10 minutes to “clean” the car and get it ready. It ended up being a 30 minute wait. The car is also old with almost 180k miles. Great on gas but the breaks, as a previous review said are “not ideal”. Bluetooth is just for calling and not music. I appreciate the host allowing me to drop off the car a little later as I was caught up in the huge lightning and thunderstorms in Santa Cruz. However, it was not my ideal experience for a first time Turo user.

I messaged you (The car in front of the house the key in the sunvisor and the car is unlock) did you know that ..you rented the Camry 2009 , not a new car. ( we had few new models) thanks for your feedback.

Couldn’t connect my phone
If you don’t how to connect your phone to the Bluetooth .. just text or give a call.. we are happy to help you how to connect it. You waited for end of your trip then you complained
