The host was very much welcoming and understanding. Would definitely recommend to everyone

Host was only responsive before trip and checking if car was picked up. I reserved two hours before because I was flying into town.when I arrived, the car was no where to be found in the parking lot, they only said check the back and never responded. Auto mobile shop persons came out and just said take another car. It was not even the same model that I booked. It was gross, so dirty with trash. It looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. Only the car heaters worked and actual heater to the car was broken. It was filthy and uncomfortable and the Turo host never even checked if I found the car or cared to make sure I even got a car. I was given an entirely different vehicle by whom I imagine is someone helping the Turo host with their fleet of vehicles. It wasn’t maintained in any cleanly condition at all and the customer service was just so bizarre and sketchy using my personal number to communicate rather than strictly using the Turo app.

This was perfect thank you so much for understanding when I have to add on days it was easy to drive. I had no problems. Thank you so much.

I’m usually very chill about most things, however this experience was not the greatest. The location was very confusing at first and not clear in the directions; however was not too bad once you actually find the car. We rented the car for a short two day holiday trip about an hour away from Costa Mesa, and in this instance this car did not feel like it was conducive for being rented/driven for more than running errands up and down the street. We had a tire blowout in the middle of our rental period, and we just ended up taking the car back early after we were able to get roadside assistance through Turo.
