Clean car. Excellent customer service. I accidentally left my garage opener, and they were able to remote unlock the door for me the next day so I could retrieve it, no fuss about it either. I will be renting from Aura again.

This was the most disappointing rental experience i ever had.I wanted to try an electric vehicle but we have so much troubles with it… first the battery ran out very fast, and i had to charge it constantly. second i had to change the bad tire which was hazardous to drive they supposed to provided me replacement car. Apparently they don’t inspect their vehicles thoroughly before renting. third. The keys was inside the armrest not in the Dropbox. Meanwhile, the host said the keys supposed to be in the dropbox I could not find a dropbox, nor the people who worked there when I got the car told me where it was, overall I cannot give more than two or three stars because the car was very noisy. I don’t know if it wasn’t tires or the car it’s self, but it wasn’t fun to drive it.

Easy to check in. Much further from the airport than I thought so plan accordingly, and call the shuttle early. It takes awhile to get there. Fast to respond to inquiries which was appreciated

Overall it was a nice car. Easy pickup/drop-off instructions. A few issues: 1) the sensors kept saying they were obstructed or dirty so they were unable to work properly at times. The car still drove, it just kept beeping to alert me which got annoying. It also kept giving me an alert that windshield fluid was low. 2) none of the tires had air caps on them. It looks like this car has hit every curb in the city based on the scratches and stuff on the tires. However, never got any tire issue alerts. 3) There is some damage on the back of the bumper and right side (someone ran into an object) that was very noticeable but never mentioned in the ad. Also, whatever they use to make the car smell clean is awful. I drove with windows down because it was SO strong and nasty. 4) Good communication prior to the trip, but don't expect any help whatsoever should an issue arise during the trip..... it clearly stated it would come with a Tesla charging adapter so that you could charge at non-Tesla chargers. I picked this car for that reason as I have a charger (and cord) at home and work...it just needs the adapter. Upon getting the car, I quickly realized it was not included. I contacted them and was originally told my only option was to PAY to use the Tesla chargers as I would be unable to use the other chargers without this. I was also told management would be reaching out in 24-48 hours... 7 days later and I never heard a word from management or any follow up. This resulted in having to borrow someone else adapter, and when I couldn't, I had to pay for the charge. I would not have had to pay at all if they included it as promised. In fairness, my trip was extended and I added a day to the rental and they helped accommodate that....so I'll put the experience at a 3 overall.
