Due to the IT outage my rental car reservation with Budget couldn't be fulfilled, and all other rental companies had no cars available. I had never used Turo before, but I hoped it would work out since I needed a vehicle to drive four hours to my Grandmother's funeral and had no other options.
The first person I attempted to reserve a car from was a huge waste of time, money, and a disaster. However, I had to try again on Turo as I had no other options. Fortunately, I found Adrian, and I am incredibly grateful. I highly recommend renting from him. He is not only super professional but also trustworthy. He responds to messages promptly, communicates effectively (both written and verbally), and provides superb customer service.
The car was in excellent condition, clean, and ran without any issues.
I would definitely book with Adrian again and highly recommend him as a first choice.
