There was a problem with the availability of the car I selected so they switched cars. We accepted the switch and when we went to pick the car up the lockbox code provided didn't work. I thought that they would just use the same lockbox with the exchanged car but they didn't. I had to text them and they responded very quickly. The code they gave me worked and we were off.

Car was decently clean, brakes need work, and car was a little jumpy. Also needs steering fluid. Pickup Location was nice.
