We will make an attempt to have the vehicle delivered with at least 320 miles of EV range (90%). Please return the vehicle with the same EV range as you received to avoid flat fee charge. Purchase the Prepaid EV recharge extra is recommended so that you can just return the car as it is, avoid last day last hour rush to refill the battery. If you feel like you are in danger, or that you cannot get to a safe place, please call 911 emergency line. If you and the car is in an accident, get to a safe location and notify us immediately. There is insurance information in the glove compartment. If the vehicle is disabled and you need further assistance, give us a call. Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please modify the trip and inform me immediately by text, so that car is covered by insurance. Tesla mobile access should not to be disabled at any time. If for any reason you must disable this, please notify us first. If the Tesla Mobile access is disabled, valet mode will be enabled, and the vehicle will be reported stolen to local law enforcement. You will be responsible for all fees as a result of this. To preserve the longevity of battery, it is not recommended to charge the car beyond 90%. Fastrak and tolled express lane are NOT FREE. The renter is responsible for usage fee. At the end of the journey Turo will bill you all the services you use. So it is better you do not use the fastback lane and tolled express lane. If you do use it, please mark down the times and usages of these services, and notify us and we will pay for these first, and ask Turo to send the bill to you later. If you need to pickup the car later than indicated, please let us know. Any delivery location including airports, guests will take care of all the parking fees if there is any, for the drop offs and pick ups. No smoking in the car! Violators will be subject to fine $250 based on Turo fees & fines policy. ***USB Drive*** Please do not remove or displace the USB drive as it is used to record for potential accidents and break-ins for the duration of the trip. Any violation or misplacement of the USB will result in a $50 fine. *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard BEFORE the trip ended. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support 866-735-2901 immediately. Make sure you inform me immediately about the accident, send me photo, to decide if the trip should be terminated or not according to the damage level. Again, it is a new car, very fast car, dual motors, plus driving in a new city, drive slow and look clearly before you make a move, it is very help to prevent unnecessary accidents. Speed limit is set to 87 miles, which is very sufficient for CA roads. As a visitor in a new city driving a new rented expensive car, safety should be put before the pleasure.
