The car itself was great; drove wonderfully like my own integra, it was clean, and arrived on a full tank of gas. However: the car was dropped off to me 30 minutes late than scheduled, it was dropped off at the airport loading zone preventing me from taking pre-trip pictures of the car, and I was required to drop off the car about a 10 minutes walking distance with my luggage from the airport on 3/11/2025 in the morning when it was raining rather than parking at the short term lot which was right across from my terminal. It seems that the host has trouble with using the turo app; usually previous hosts could charge me for tolls, parking fees, etc; however this host required me to drop off the car in a plaza right outside of the airport to avoid any additional monetary transaction. In addition, after a few days of returning the car, the host messages me about the “car [was returned] low on gasoline.” I reminded the host that I have purchased pre-paid gas through turo and I did not have to return the car with a full tank or be charged for filling up the tank. However, the host explained “yes but they only give it to me when I add the coupon in the app,” suggesting that I should still pay for the tank. Overall, it was a great ride but if the host wants to stay in business on the app, they should at least learn all the features of the app or disable any options if they are unable to accommodate.

Car came as advertised, clean and full of fuel. Came with extra iPhone cable. No problem picking up or dropping off.

Car was clean and as advertised. Drop-off location was changed last-minute so communication could be better, but generally we had a good experience. Thank you!
