NO PETS NO LEATHER PUNCTURING Please do not have pens in your pocket to avoid damage to the leather seats. NO SMOKING 🚫🚬🚭 There is a ZERO tolerance policy for any type of smoke: vape, cigarettes, cigars, hookah, or marijuana ... if this vehicle is smoke contaminated there will be a TURO fee assessed for this. We are here to serve our guests with excellent customer service, and a clean/fresh vehicle is part of that process. Please don’t smoke! Any evidence of smoking within the vehicle will result in a fine of $250. ⛽FUEL: We ask that every vehicle is returned fully fueled at the end of your trip. Prepaid fuel is also an option and is available upon payment for your rental. Upon return please provide a receipt showing that premium (93 octane) gasoline was used to refuel the gas tank. FAILURE TO PROVIDE A RECEIPT OR USING A LESSER GRADE -$50 fine. 🅿️ PARKING TICKETS AND MOVING VIOLATIONS: Any unsatisfied tickets occurring during your trip will also incur a $50 service fee in addition to the amount of the ticket. Charges may take up to 30 days to be assessed, due to mail-in ticket procedures and is something that is not in our hands. CLEANING FEE: We expect the car to be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. In the instance that the condition of the vehicle is in an excessively unclean condition, a $25 cleaning fee will be submitted.
