If you’re a smoker, THIS car is not for you!! Absolutely NO smoking in the vehicle. If smoke is detected you may be charged up to a $250 smoke removal fee. No fragrances or air fresheners No pets please Any signs of spillage will incur additional fees If available we will meet you at the airport in the North or South Hourly parking structure (which is right outside of baggage claim) at no additional charge or deliver directly to you if you’re within 10 miles of the airport for a small fee. Starting Aug. 26th, if we’re not available car will be parked in hourly parking (walking distance outside of baggage claim) and customer would be responsible for parking fees starting at $3 not to exceed $20… PLEASE use Premium gas only and leave receipts in glove department…thank you To prevent theft there is a tracker on the vehicle that will only be used if necessary. Gerren was friendly and responsive, but sadly the car was not so great. We had 4 people in it at times and one of the rear seatbelts would not buckle. The covers on many of the seatbelt buckles were missing exposing the rough interior. The driver seat upholstery had a big tear in it, and there was a seat cover, but it moved and bunched up every time you drove. It was also a noisy car and had a slight vibration at certain speeds. It was clean though, and the pickup at the airport was smooth.

My cousin died the weekend of the trip. I am so grateful I didn’t have to waste a lot of time at the rental counter the car was exactly where she left it and easy to find.

My second time renting from Gerren. She is the best! Traveling with a Mother with limited mobility can be trying. Gerren accommodated us by being at the luggage area for pick up and drop off. She made traveling so easy! Thank you Gerren. Will see you hopefully on my next visit to Atlanta. The car is very comfortable, responsive, affordable and who doesn’t want to show up and family house in a Mercedes.😉
