The cabin seats five with comfort in mind, featuring vegan leather and a panoramic glass roof that lets in the sky above. There's also practical storage with a decent trunk and a handy frunk. **Technology:** Navigate with Tesla's advanced infotainment system, stay connected with LTE, and benefit from regular over-the-air software updates that keep your ride up-to-date. While this base model doesn't include the full suite of Autopilot features, it still comes with basic safety technologies like Automatic Emergency Braking and etc. **Safety:** Drive with peace of mind; this Model 3 has earned top safety ratings, ensuring you and your passengers are well-protected with features designed to prevent or mitigate collisions. **Design:** The sleek exterior isn't just for looks; it's engineered for aerodynamics, helping you get the most out of your battery's range. **Driving Experience:** Experience one-pedal driving, making your journey not only more engaging but also more efficient by regenerating energy back to the battery when slowing down. Why choose this Model 3 for your next trip? It's about more than just transportation; it's about embracing sustainability, enjoying cutting-edge technology, and driving one of the safest vehicles on the road. Book now on Turo to experience the joy of electric driving with my 2023 Tesla Model 3. Let's make your next journey not just a drive, but an experience. ***Pickup and drop-off instructions*** For your pickup, download the Tesla app. I can add you as a driver, making your phone the key for a seamless experience. Once you’ve uploaded your license, I will send you an invitation to your number to become a driver the day of or prior. If you don’t want the app invitation, let me know, I can unlock the car remotely upon your arrival; just notify me when you're at the vehicle. Once unlocked, you'll find the keycard in the glovebox. To access it, hold down the left scroll wheel on the steering wheel or press the car icon on the screen, then select the glovebox control to open it. The car is parked in the Elk Lot; from arrivals, turn right and proceed straight to the end. I will send you the exact location in the lot one hour before pickup. You can also locate the car through the app under the 'Locations' feature. Please note there's an exit fee from the lot, which I will reimburse via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Simply send me a photo of the receipt for your refund. For returns, bring the car back to the Elk Lot, ensure you've collected all your belongings, and you're free to leave. Should you have any questions, feel free to ask. ***Car Guide*** *Driving and Lock/Unlock Car* - If I have added you as a driver on the Tesla app, to unlock simply walk up to the car and push the rear part of the door handle and pull to unlock. It’s rear but sometimes the feature doesn’t work, if so unlock from app. To drive, press on brake and pull down the left stock all the way to drive and to reverse pull up. For neutral, lightly tap down and hold left stock. To lock car simply walk away with your phone. If you are using the key card, walk up to the car and place key card on driver’s side door pillar to unlock/lock. To drive place key card briefly on console (flat right behind the cup holders), screen will indicate you’re ready to drive. Step on brake, pull down on left stock to drive and up to reverse. Once in drive/reverse and you are moving 5 miles or less, you don’t have to step on the brake to switch between drive and reverse. *Park* -To place in park, make sure the car isn’t moving, press the end of the left stock or simply just open the driver side door. *Autopilot* -To engage Autopilot, ensure visible lane lines are present and tap down on the right stalk twice. To use just adaptive cruise control tap down once. To disengage, pull up on the stalk, tap the brake, or gently resist the steering wheel's force. You can turn on rainbow road for autopilot in the toybox app. *Charging* -It is recommended to charge your vehicle when the battery reaches approximately 20%. LFP batteries benefit from being charged to 100% ideally once a week. For locating chargers, navigate to the charging icon on your screen to view nearby Tesla Superchargers. You can also search for Tesla Superchargers, CCS1, or J1772 chargers through the navigation for additional options. Tesla Superchargers are recommended for their speed, efficiency, and ease of use. -Tesla superchargers-At Tesla Supercharger stations, reverse into a slot. The charge port is on the left tail light. Unlock the port by pressing the button on the cable, plug in, and wait for the Tesla logo to blink blue then turn solid green when charging begins. You can also unlock the port via the app, car screen, or pressing on it manually. To stop charging, unlock via the screen or press and hold the button on the cable until the logo turns white, then remove the cable. For cheaper charging, charge on off-peak hours; early morning or late night. -CCS1 fast chargers- CCS fast chargers are available in Aspen. They are free ones also available in Basalt. You will need to use the adapter located in the armrest to access these chargers. How to use; attach the adapter to the end of the charging cable. Plug the adapter into the Tesla charge port. Follow instructions on charge stations to begin charging. To stop; stop charge from screen or app. If needed unlock port from screen or app. Hold charging handle in one hand and the CCS adapter in another. Pull both simultaneously. Remove the adapter from the cable by pressing the button on the handle and store adapter back in car armrest. -J1772 Chargers-J1772 chargers, which require about 8-10 hours for a full charge from 0% (not recommended), are more accessible in Aspen for overnight charging. ChargePoint stations are typically my preference and Tesla destination chargers are often found indoors. Search for these via the navigation system. An adapter and lock for J1772 chargers is stored in the armrest. Tap card or download app to use stations. *Windshield Wipers* -To use the windshield wipers, tap the button on the end of the left stalk once. To activate the windshield washer fluid, press and hold the button. To turn off the auto windshield wipers, tap the button and scroll to 'Off' using the right scroll on the steering wheel. *Climate* - Tap climate to turn on; press and hold to turn off. Tap to open up all climate settings. Swipe or tap left-right to increase or lower temperature. Can also control via app in ‘climate’. *Miles/Percentage* -Switch between mileage and percentage display by tapping on it in the screen or in the app. *Mobile Charging* -For the mobile charger, use a standard outlet for 4-5 miles of range per hour, or switch to the 240V plug for 30-40 miles per hour. *Apps,Games, and Accessories* -To access the theater, arcade, toy box, radio, and other apps in the car, simply press the menu button at the bottom of the screen. *Frunk* To close the frunk, lower it gently then press firmly on logo until it clicks; slamming may cause damage. Unlock when in park via screen or in app. *Dashcam* Save dashcam clips by honking the horn or accessing controls and selecting 'record'. ***Guidelines*** Treat the car like a phone that you DO NOT want to ever experience and/or even risk draining the battery to 0%. Evs are not ICE cars and need a different approach when charging. If it reaches 0% this can damage the 12v battery, potentially requiring replacement, and although rare, could affect the main battery. You will be charged for any replacements or damages. Return the car clean and tidy as when you received it. A cleaning fee may apply if returned dirty. Close the frunk gently by lowering it slowly and pressing down on the logo until you hear a click. Slamming can cause damage and you will be responsible for repair costs.
