This was my first time booking a car, and the experience was excellent. The car drove smoothly with no issues at all. The pickup location was easy to find, and the host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The communication was really good. The battery wasn't drained when we arrived, but the host was really quick in solving the issue, got it replaced within 30 minutes. The car was in a good condition. It drove really well, very comfortable ride. Good confidence on the wheels as it handled really well. The power unit is also in a very good condition. The left back side brake and indicator lights were not working, it was communicated to the host and they will get it changed. Overall, it was a really good experience. Would book again.
