a) Smoking is NOT allowed in the car please. £175 will be charged for cleaning and administration if the car smells of smoke on return. b) Please ensure to return the Car on time. Any extension must be done through the Turo platforms. Late return will be reported to Turo and further charges will be applied. c) Please note that drivers are responsible for replacing any fuel used. It’s a like for like policy. Refuelling and administration charges apply if car is returned with less fuel than given. d) Only driver(s) named in the booking agreement can drive this car. e) Please clean the car inside out when you return, otherwise cleaning charges will be applied. f) Tolls are not included with car, please ensure to pay for all tolls and parking fines incurred.

• Is there a charge to drive in central London (congestion charging zones)?

  • If you drive into the congestion charging zone in london between the hours of 7am-6pm, Mon -Friday or 12pm-6pm on the weekends and bank holidays, then you have to pay £15/ day congestion charge. • You can pay in advance, on the day of travel or by midnight of the third day after travel • This charge is not included in your turo payment and would need to be paid as stated above by visiting: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/congestion-charge/congestion-charge-zone

• Is there a charge for going through Dartford crossing or any toll area?

  • Yes there is charge of £2.50/crossing for Dartford and other toll areas varies, please look up the information for the toll area you have crossed • You must pay the Dartford Crossing charge by midnight the day after you cross • Visit: https://www.gov.uk/pay-dartford-crossing-charge to pay.

• Am I expected to wash the car before returning it?

  • You are expected to return the car the same way it was given to you • If you were given the car clean, it must be returned in the same condition

• Do you deliver to congestion charging zones?

  Yes I deliver to congestion charging zone, but please note that congestion toll is not included in the delivery fee. The guest has to pay for the congestion toll on the day of delivery, pick up and any other day the car is driven in a congestion charging zone.

• Congestion/tolls on route to delivery or pick up

  If the only route to deliver or pick up a car to you is through congestion charge, please note that this not included in the delivery fee and you would be responsible for paying the congestion/toll for both delivery and pick up.
