Does gas need to be filled?
The car typically comes with a full tank of gas. Please return it at the same fuel level. As per Turo policy, travelers are responsible for refilling the fuel to the level it was at when picked up. If not, a fee will be charged: the actual cost of the fuel plus a $10 inconvenience fee.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Please ensure the car is returned in the same clean condition it was provided. Any cleaning beyond a waterless wash and a shakeout of the car mats will incur an additional fee. Can I head to the USA?
Unfortunately we don’t allow the vehicle to go past the Canadian border.
Can I extend my trip?
Absolutely! We love it when hosts want to extend their trips. If there isn't an immediate booking following yours, we will gladly accommodate an extension. Just check in with me if you need to extend your trip! 😄
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
