Do I need to recharge before returning?
Yes, please make sure you charge the tesla to above 90% or the same level as it was delivered to you. As per Turo policy, travelers are responsible for recharging to the level it was at when picked up. If not, a fee will be charged: the actual cost of the gas plus a $10 inconvenience fee.
Can I head to the USA?
Unfortunately we don’t allow the vehicle to go past the Canadian border.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Can I extend my trip?
Absolutely! We love it when hosts want to extend their trips. If there isn't an immediate booking following yours, we will gladly accommodate an extension. Just check in with me if you need to extend your trip! 😄
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Please ensure the car is returned in the same clean condition it was provided. Any cleaning beyond a waterless wash and a shakeout of the car mats will incur an additional fee. How do I pay for supercharge charging?
The tesla is linked to my account, that means whatever amount of money you spent on charging will be sent to you in the form of an invoice by Turo. Then you can proceed to pay after your booking ends.
