Charging & Battery Usage: - Return the car with at least 50% charge. - Use only the Tesla Supercharger network for charging (FREE supercharging included!). - No "range anxiety" here, but please plan your trips within the vehicle's range limits. No Smoking or Vaping: - Maintain the car's interior quality. - A significant cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated. No Pets: - To accommodate future guests with allergies, please refrain from having pets in the vehicle. - Cleaning fees will apply if pet hair or odors are detected upon return. Cleanliness: - Please return the car in the same condition it was in when you received it. - Any required cleaning beyond normal usage may incur a fee. No Racing or Reckless Driving: - The vehicle’s performance should be respected; it is not to be used for racing. - Any signs of misuse will result in fees and potential legal action. Accidents or Damage: - In case of any accident or damage, communicate immediately. - Follow Turo's accident protocol and document everything. Pick-up and Return: - Be punctual with your pick-up and return times. - Late fees will apply as per Turo's policy. Tolls and Traffic Violations: - All tolls or traffic violations during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. Personal Belongings: - Ensure all personal belongings are removed upon return. - We're not liable for any items left behind. Supercharging - Once charging is complete, please move the vehicle as there is a $1/min idle fee once charging is complete - If this fee is incurred, you are responsible for bearing it
