Corvette Stingray – Usage Guidelines Thank you for choosing to rent this Corvette Stingray. This is a high-performance vehicle and should be treated with the utmost care and respect. The following guidelines are in place to ensure safety, maintain vehicle conditions, and provide a premium experience for all renters. By renting this vehicle, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. 1. Driving Behaviour No aggressive driving: harsh braking, drifting, constant rapid acceleration or any form of abuse will result in a $1,500 penalty. Strictly prohibited: Off-roading, street racing, burnouts, reckless driving, or use of Launch Control. GPS & telematics: The vehicle is equipped with three independent GPS tracking devices and performance monitoring systems. 2. Track Usage Policy Advance notice required: If you intend to use the Corvette on a racetrack, you must inform the host at least 3 days in advance to allow for proper preparation. Track fee: Approved track usage is subject to an additional $1,000/day fee, which covers inspection, wear management, maintenance, and prep. Unauthorized track use: Use of the vehicle on any racetrack without prior written approval will result in a $2,000 penalty, in addition to liability for all damages incurred. 3. Fuel Requirements Premium fuel only: Minimum 91 octane required. Fuel receipts must be provided upon return if you choose to fuel yourself. 4. Car Wash Policy Touchless wash only: If you wash the vehicle, you must use a touchless car wash. No brushes, hand-washes at gas stations, or automatic washes with physical contact. Damage liability: Any damage caused by improper washing (e.g., swirl marks, scratches) will be the renter’s responsibility. 5. Smoking, Pets, and Cleanliness No smoking or vaping is permitted in the vehicle. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied for violations. No pets are allowed inside the vehicle. Please return the car in clean condition. Excessive dirt, spills, or interior damage may incur cleaning or detailing fees. 6. Usage Limitations Geographic restriction: Vehicle use is limited to within Canada unless otherwise approved in writing. Mileage: Respect the mileage limits listed on the Turo listing. Additional mileage will be charged following Turo’s policy. Authorized drivers only: Only drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle. 7. Tolls, Tickets, and Damage Renters are responsible for all tolls, traffic violations, and parking tickets incurred during the trip. Any damage must be reported immediately through the Turo app. Unreported damage may result in additional charges and removal from future rental eligibility. 8. Late Return Policy Please return the vehicle on time. Late returns without prior notice may incur additional charges as per Turo policy. If you anticipate being late, communicate through the app to request an extension. 9. Legal and Financial Responsibility Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in termination of the rental agreement, financial penalties, and potential legal action. Turo protection plans or renter’s insurance may not cover damage resulting from unauthorized use, reckless driving, or breach of these guidelines. • How’s the trunk space?

  Surprisingly solid for a mid-engine car — there's both a front trunk (frunk) and a rear trunk. Enough room for a couple carry-ons or duffel bags. Golf clubs? Only if you’re packing light.

• Is there a mileage limit?

  Yes — the daily mileage limit is listed on the booking page. Extra mileage is charged as per Turo’s policy. If you need more in advance, message me and we can work something out.

• Can I smoke or vape in the car?

  No smoking or vaping, please. This is strictly enforced — any smoke smell will result in a cleaning fee and possibly more through Turo. I keep the car clean and smelling fresh for everyone.

• Is it hard to drive?

  Not at all — it’s super smooth and automatic. You don’t need to be a car expert to enjoy it. It’s got multiple drive modes (Tour, Sport, Track) so you can keep it chill or turn it up a notch.

• Are there any driving restrictions?

  Yes. Absolutely no racing, burnouts, launches, or track use. Turo's terms and insurance don’t cover that, and I get notified of aggressive driving via onboard diagnostics. I want you to enjoy it — just not abuse it.

• What about tolls and tickets?

  You’re responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during the rental. If something pops up after the trip, I’ll send a reimbursement through Turo.

• Is the car fast?

  Yes – it’s a 6.2L V8 mid-engine beast with ~495 hp. It’s quick, responsive, and turns heads everywhere. Just remember, respect the power and drive responsibly.

• Can I use Launch Control?

  Launch Control is disabled for Turo rentals to protect the transmission and tires. You still get the full performance experience without it.

• What happens if I damage the car?

  Turo’s protection plan (or your own commercial insurance if applicable) will handle the claim. Please take care of the car and reach out right away if anything happens. I’m fair and easy to deal with — communication is key.

• Can I bring a pet?

  Sorry, no pets allowed. I want to keep the seats and interior in top-tier shape for all renters.

• Can I take the car to the U.S.?

  Not at this time. This Corvette is for use within Canada only, unless we’ve arranged something ahead of time.

• What fuel should I use?

  Premium fuel only – 91 octane or higher. Please upload the gas receipt after filling up. It’s a high-performance engine and needs proper fuel to perform right.
