The pick up and drop off was easy and convenient. Pick up location was great as it is close to airport. The Smart Fortwo car is easy to park but not easy to drive. The honk did not work, brake and gas pedal was not sensitive. I’m not sure if it’s maintenance not done properly or the car itself was just not smooth to drive, but the engine sounds rough the whole time we rode it.
