PEARSON AIRPORT pickup/return: Please let me know your flight number. For pickup/return at Pearson Airport:- The car will be available at one of the official airport car parks. Instructions will be provided based on the time and day of arrival. For pickup/return at one of the nearby AIRPORT HOTEL locations: ALT hotel located at the Viscount station is accessible by taking the airport's Terminal Link Trains (5mins ride and it is free) to the Viscount Station. The train shuttle travelers between Terminals 1, 3 & Viscount station. ALT Hotel at the Viscount station is highly recommended to avoid the congestion at the airport itself. Please ensure that the location is updated with the appropriate Hotel name Other hotels nearby within 10 minutes walk or accessible with the hotel shuttles at the airport are Four Points & Hilton Toronto Dogs are welcome, but please leave car clean. I will appreciate very much if you and your guests do not smoke in car.

Asked me to change my delivery date, knowing I wouldnt get a refund.
Ultimately put me in a position to forcefully change my schedule.

This is not accurate.
As documented in the text exchanges, the guest voluntarily suggested that he may return the car a day early. After which and according to Turo's policy he is required to change the trip's end time, I simply reminded him to do so if he decides to return a day earlier.
The guest always has the opportunity to review the impact of any changes made in the system before finalizing the transaction.

Host was very helpful and accommodating on this first time renter. The car was interesting to drive. Only a few minor annoyances. Navigation gave me a detour and rod me to get back on the highway at on ramps that are all closed being one of them.

Though its great car but not made for long trips. It is highly uncomfortable at the back seat but yes tech beats it.. so if you are looking for regular day to day purpose its a good one. Another thing, it takes about 45-55 minutes to charge and as per my experience in winter time- it only lasts a couple 100 kms. Moreover it does not have a good build quality. I would highly pay the same amount and get an SUV which serves the bigger purpose.
