But we do have a few basics! 🚭 We don't allow Smoking inside the vehicle ⛽️ 100% Fuel at Pick Up/ Drop Off (Unless you choose to opt for prepaid fuel option) 🌵 Drive the vehicle carefully! More than the car we want you to be safe and have a safe journey! 🚔 Follow the rules and Watch out for cops and tickets! BC is getting quite strict with fines. The last thing we want is a need for speed type situation in our cars! Just kidding but follow the rules of the road you'll be fine! We like to think of ourselves as a very flexible host so give us a shout and we will look at anything else we can do to accommodate you for a hassle-free trip, please enjoy the ride, be safe, and keep it clean for the next person and we would be extremely grateful! What should I do if I have an issue during my trip?
If you encounter any issue with the minivan or have questions during your trip, our support team is always available to assist you. Just reach out, and we’ll be happy to help!
How do I access the Vehicle?
Our 2017 VW Jetta features keyless entry for your convenience. You’ll receive detailed instructions on how to unlock and start the vehicle upon booking.
What if I need to return the car earlier than the scheduled drop-off time?
We’re more than happy to accommodate early returns whenever possible. However, in some cases, especially with very early or late drop offs, we may not be able to meet you in person right at that time. If that happens, you’re welcome to park the car at the agreed upon location, and we’ll retrieve it as soon as we’re able. Please note that if the vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled and we are unable to pick it up immediately, the parking fee (if applicable) will need to be covered until the original drop off time. We’ll always do our best to work with your schedule, just let us know in advance and we’ll find the smoothest solution for you.
How does the exchange of keys work?
Even though we'd love meeting you in person due to the busy season, we’ll be doing a contactless drop-off with the key in the lockbox and the instruction to access the key will be given prior to your arrival. Parking fee apply when picking up the vehicle but there won’t be any fee for the first 30 minutes.
