  If you’re running late you need to let the host know as soon as practically possible. If you violate the conditions, you may be up for further charges.

• I have been in an accident, what should I do?

  You must call Turo support team as soon as the incident happens, if safe to do so. They will then respond to your request and give you directions on what needs to happen next.

• What happens if I don’t return the car clean or with a full tank of gas?

  I understand that we are sometimes time poor, and things don’t go to plan. However, if the car is not returned in the same condition it was given to you and without a full tank of gas, we will charge you for the incidentals regarding this.

• The car has broken down, who should I call?

  In the vehicle will be information on TURO’s roadside assist team. If you’re in a situation like this, please call the Turo roadside to assist you getting to a safe place.
