Exterior of car was filthy all over. Brakes screeched every time you used them. Noise made whenever aircon was on and you came to a stop and then take off again

I appreciate your feedback, but I’m quite surprised by this review as the car was freshly cleaned before your trip, however the car is parked on the main road and the frequent weather changes should be taken into consideration and something which is not under my control, I have consistently received 5-star ratings for cleanliness and maintenance. The brakes pads were recently changed and aircon was looked into by the professional too, and no issues were reported by previous guests.
