The car was lovely. I hadn’t known that this was a rental car company so was surprised by needing to catch a shuttle from the airport. That was pretty straight forward. It would have been good to have more communication in the return as I had to call to get the vehicle drop off address. Overall it was a great rental.

Beware the car pickup details, as you have to walk a fair distance to their shuttle, and then take it a fair distance to the car garage. The map to the shuttle area was unclear and the person who answered the phone was difficult to understand between a heavy accent, a crying baby in the background, and the airport noise.
