Great customer service + quick and easy pick up and drop off.
The car was very fuel efficient and an absolute joy to park as its so tiny, we could fit it anywhere!
It wasn't as clean as expected and when I communicated this to the owner they sincerely apologised and explained the previous renters hadn't completed their check out properly and the mess got missed. It didn't really affect our hire much, and seemed like a genuine one off mistake, that wasn't the owners fault.
The car is a small, cheap car so don't expect it to fly around town or feel luxurious. We definitely got many giggles out of its brave efforts to climb hills and compete in traffic against flashy SUVs. 10/10 for entertainment. And worth it as a quick cheap hire for a couple of days running around the city.
