Simon’s Kia was absolutely fantastic for my weeklong trip - it was a dream to drive and I encountered no mechanical issues.
The pick up and drop off process was straightforward, and I especially appreciated Simon’s prompt communication when I ran into some minor hiccups - it definitely made my life a lot easier.

The car is very good, comfortable and has enough power to drive without any problems.
The bad thing has been that we have not been informed that the car engine locks itself and you have to unlock it with the link to open the car from the mobile, this caused us tension because we thought the car was broken and had left us stranded in the middle of the trip, also on the last day we were blocked again, this was because it was not well checked the time when we had to deliver it and thought it was well before the time, the good thing is that they answer quickly and have corrected the error.
