The car is parked on the street in front of our house. The vehicle's location will be confirmed after booking. When returning, just park in front of our house. Easy. Please try not to park in front of a neighbour's house.

Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is prohibited. (Smoking and vaping odours are absorbed into the internal fabrics and linings and linger for the next guest; air fresheners will not disguise this. If contravened, cleaning fees will be charged to the guest.) Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Please note: this vehicle is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. This includes vehicle location, and may include other driving data such as mileage, driving behaviour, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes. By booking this vehicle you consent to the use of the device.

• What happens if I use a Toll Road during my trip?

  The vehicle is fitted with a toll tag, for your convenience, for use on toll roads, . If we receive a toll charge which has occurred during your trip period, then we will invoice the guest through the Turo app. Turo allows guests a 2-day window to settle their toll charges, beyond which time outstanding tolls are escalated to Turo support who will charge the tolls against the guest's stored payment method.

• Can you pick me up from Carseldine Train Station?

  Yes! If you have the time, take advantage of the 50 cents public transport fares and travel to Carseldine Station by bus or train and we can arrange in advance to pick you up, saving you a rideshare fare, too. I can also drop you off at Carseldine Station at the end of your trip, if you would like me to. Please contact me, first, before making your booking so we can ensure our availability. Once booked, I will co-ordinate to meet you at your bus or train arrival time. The pick-up point will be from the bus stop in Lavender Place, next to the station on the eastern side.

• Can I collect the vehicle from Brisbane Airport?

  Yes! Pick-up & Drop-off service available by prior arrangement. Please contact me for details, first, before booking your flight.

• What fuel does the car take?

  Only refuel the Corolla with Regular Unleaded Petrol (91). Fuels containing ethanol, e.g. E10, are unsuitable and are not to be used.
