Guidelines
We are so excited to have the honour of hosting your trip, but we have a few rules. Just a heads up, No smoking/vaping is allowed in the vehicle as it is difficult to cleanse the car of the smell. We love our furry friends, but if possible please don't bring your pets into the vehicle in order to prevent allergies for other guests. If possible, please refill the cars petrol tank to the same level that you picked it up at, in order to avoid the surcharge of $10.00 for lack refuelling plus the amount of the petrol needed to fill up car, BUT if you have selected the Pre - Paid fuel option you can drop the car back at any fuel level you please.
FAQs
How do I pick up the car via contactless pickup?
The car will parked and locked. I will send you a link that you press on and use your phone to unlock the car. To access the key, a lockbox will be placed in the glovebox which contains the key. There is a code for the lockbox which will be shared with you on the day, along with its specific location via Google Maps link which will also be shared with you on the day.
How do I return the car?
If possible please leave the car in relatively the same location of pickup. The car will come with a lockbox that will contain the key, I will provide detailed instructions on how to secure the car, meaning you can drop the car at any time thats suits you!!
Do I need to charge the Hybrid battery?
No, the petrol motor charges the Hybrid Battery as you drive, saving you time and money at the battery charger!!
Where should I expect to pick up the car from at Coolangatta Airport (OOL) pick up?
The car will be parked on Golden Four Drive which is approximately a 6-7 minute walk from the arrivals section at the airport and the specifics of its location will be shared with you on the day
What fuel does the car take?
The car takes any type of Unleaded Petrol.

The host was quite rude when I asked for help with one of the codes but other than that the car was nice and clean for both of the cars me and my family hired, I would still recommend purely on the fact that the car and location of pick up was good, just don’t ask for help.

Using Turo was easy and overall the host Will was great to deal with. Dealing through apps and messaging was a bit impersonal and frustrating waiting for a reply but I guess a good way to keep records of bookings/ communication. I was really happy with the car, it was clean, cheap to run and nice to drive. Price was reasonable. Only thing that I was upset about was I paid extra to have the car available at the airport and it wasn't at the airport, it was across the highway in a street, a 20 minutes walk away with luggage and children. Would hire again but not choose the airport option saving money.

Thanks for your feedback Cathy, given the unpredictable nature of air travel we always park the car in Hourly parking on Golden Four Drive which is approximately 7-8 min walk or 500m from the Arrivals section.
We always communicate this with the guest prior and work out alternatives as required where possible but this saves guests additional parking fees and keeps our delivery and rental fees low. :)
