Car was clean & extremely fuel efficient.
Note for those who require a car seat; we were provided with a booster seat for a young infant which was not appropriate & we had to source our own child seat.

Thank you for your feedback. The child seat we provided was a regular one, given for free as a courtesy. A safety-rated child seat is available as a paid extra and must be booked via Turo, but this guest did not book/not willing to pay for it. We also accommodated unprofessional multiple last-minute schedule changes. It’s disheartening to receive a 4-star rating after providing what was essentially VIP-level service at a budget price. We hope this could clarify.

Pickup was easy and the car was perfect for some time driving around NSW!

Good car for driving around, high fuel saving, and easy to drive. Was a little bit disappointed as i had to wait for a long time for the owner to drop the car. Also 15 to 20mins after the wife picked up the car, i got a message from owner saying i had hit something with his car, thanks to the pictures i took when i picked the car the dent was visible. So i asked him to check on the photos and highlighted the spot. He said sorry its okay."

Also the drop off is not even late and on schedule they just came early. Idk why this guy gave us 4 stars after satisfy with the car, very unfair.
