Simon was very accommodating with our pick up (after hours) for the vehicle, and also when returning the vehicle and dropping us off at the airport. The car was very economical and got us everywhere we needed to go with no trouble.

Overhaul good experience.
Acceleration is not great but city riding is fine. No car play and the all car is in Japanese (even the cautions texts). Music only via Bluetooth plug that convert into a frequency, pretty bad quality.
The car is very big and spacious.
Autonomous check in/out though lock box
