Easy pick up and drop off. Very fun car, lots of compliments from everyone. Very easy to extend trip if needed with no issues or questions. I did it about 5+ times because I enjoyed the car so much. The rear window has frosted cover so you aren't able to see much. As a FYI this vehicle naturally has very difficult to see blind spots but it has blind spot monitors which is great. Over all great awesome vehicle. Thanks!

Car was absolutely amazing. Clean as if it just came out a showroom floor. Host was top notch with Elite service.

The communication was good, the car was in perfect condition, and it was easy to find.
However, at the end of the trip, the host charged me nearly $50 for 30 miles over the 100-mile limit, claiming it was 40 miles based on a photo likely taken at their personal parking, not at the airport where I picked up the car. Now I’ve been charged for 10 extra miles I didn’t drive, which doesn’t make sense. The 100-mile limit should count from pickup to return. I agree with paying for the miles I actually exceeded, but not the 40 miles claimed. I uploaded photos at pickup and return, yet the charge was still applied incorrectly. Additionally, I returned the car with more fuel than it was delivered.
This was my first Turo experience, and unfortunately, the ending spoiled it. Be aware.
